This Fair-Trade-Organic decaf espresso is dark roasted in the southern Italian style producing an oily and deep brown bean that results in the perfect shot (or cup) of espresso that is syrupy sweet with a full crema and smooth, smoky finish. Our Decaf Boulder Espresso Coffee is a blend of Indonesia, South America, and Central America coffees.
The Boulder Organic Coffee Roasting Team has taken the time to blend each of these coffees together because each coffee bean is very unique. Each member of our roasting team is a coffee expert that understands what it takes to make a perfect blend like Decaf Boulder Espresso, which is why this coffee is roasted and tasted weekly.

Central America coffee has continued to grow year after year into one of the world’s most prolific coffee growing regions. Due in part to similar climate types and altitudes, processing techniques, and the selection of coffee varieties grown here, coffees from Central America have varying amounts of acidity and varying flavor profiles. With that being said, most coffees produced in Central America are distinguished by their light body, simplicity and sharp acidity.
All Boulder Organic Coffees are offered as whole bean. This coffee roasts on Thursday and ships on Friday.
