Boulder Organic Coffee is expertly roasted at high altitude in Colorado, where lower boiling temperatures allow us to reach "first crack" faster than coffee roasters at lower altitudes. This unique roasting process, combined with shorter roast times and lower temperatures, results in a smoother, more refined flavor profile.
