In 1999 we mindfully started roasting the highest-quality, Fair Trade, organic coffee in Boulder, CO. Here, among the mountains with the famous Flatirons in view, we found our calling. Today we still roast in small handcrafted batches, at altitude, where we capture unrivaled richness and freshness. What keeps us going? Making and drinking great coffee is our lifestyle. It's what we do. It’s knowing that each bean is doing its part to make a stronger farming community and the best-tasting cup. As a small batch, roast to order coffee maker we do all of our roasting for online orders on Thursdays and ship them out  - ridiculously fresh - the very next day.
