Bonavita 1 Liter Gooseneck Electric Kettle

The Bonavita 1 Liter Gooseneck Electric Kettle is our preferred tool to heat water for the best brewing. This kettle has a powerful 1000 watt heater to quickly boil the water. An auto shutoff turns the kettle off once the water has reached boiling. It is made of stainless steel and BPA-free plastic, which the water never touches. The 1 liter capacity should be enough for most home use. The base has a 360 degree swivel and cord storage for optimum counter top organization. Most importantly it has the perfect gooseneck which allows for precise and controlled pouring, a must for pour over coffee brewing! We also carry the stovetop version if you don't want or have the electricity, such as for camping.
