These Fair Trade USA Organic Single Origin Coffees from Africa and the Island Nations are top of the line. These specialty coffees are ethically sourced and traded directly with farmers, allowing them to be properly paid for their labor and the coffee they produce. As such, these coffees are incredibly high quality, with complex flavors and aromas and a smooth, velvety texture.
Similar to how the flavor of wine is affected by the soil and the climate that the grapes are grown in, coffee is affected by the soil and climate that it grows in.
