Boulder Organic Coffee is a family owned business, we have been part of the Boulder community for over 22 years and are proud to call it home.  Integrity and unparalleled customer service have established us as a local favorite, with over 15 locally owned business' proudly serving our products in Boulder County alone. 

We have been roasting coffee for over 13 years, learning and fine tuning the roasting process.  Fresh out of school I began working for one of Colorado's largest and most prestigious coffee roasters, where I roasted millions of pounds of coffee over a 5 year period.

After that I gave the retail end a shot, owning and operating my own coffee shop in Boulder where I roasted all of my own coffee in store.

A couple years later I was ready to get back into the wholesale market and thats when I co-founded Boulder Organic Coffee. 

I believe to achieve the best possible flavor in coffee it should be "micro-roasted".  All of our coffee is carefully roasted in small fifteen pound batches.  This allows me to control the roast on a much greater level and to develop each and every bean to it's greatest potential.  I roast to order 3 days a week to ensure the coffee you receive is truly roaster fresh!

I take Great care to source only the finest most flavorful coffees from every growing region around the world and have spent countless hours to develop individual roast profiles for every variety of coffee I roast, this ensures that each and every variety has it's own distinguishable falvor profile from the next.
